Arhum's Portfolio.

Philosophy

`Portfolio`- /pɔːtˈfəʊliəʊ/.

a set of pieces of creative work intended to demonstrate a person's ability to a potential employer.

As much as I hate portfolios, i had to create a simple one to be skimmable, which roughly follows my resume's strucutre.

This data used to live on my main website, but I split it off to look “professional.” Whatever that means. Some folks call it focus, I call it compartmentalized genius.

Did backend stuff - AWS, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Terraform, the whole alphabet soup. Kept the databases alive, wrangled some LLMs, even messed around with LangGraph; Python. I’m relatively new to this game, but I’m learning fast and breaking faster. That’s progress, people!

Spring based whitelisting tool for firewalls on Google Cloud Platform

A Spring Boot and Next.js based Minecraft server management platform stuff like IP whitelisting, Firewall configurations, Server mod downloads. deployed via Cloud Run with CI/CD using PowerShell and Artifact Registry. Too early stage to have a Github actions pipeline though. Goal is to eliminate GCP console after setting up the server once (preferablly through IoC soon)

Spoti-proxy

An Go proxy for accessing Spotify, Steam and Github statistics with built-in token refresh and rate limiting, containerized and deployed on Cloud Run via GitHub Actions (originally written in Express). Main backend for nsfw.arhm.dev. I originally wrote it in Express but ported it to Go in order to get near instant cold starts. Also for some reason I added a self-hosted postgres database to this on my spare ubuntu laptop.
